We have created these three categories to try and be as helpful as possible, if they don't fit your requirements we would be happy to discuss a solution that would.

Personal Support or Training

Home support and training for your private/family PC, Mac or home networking.
Having trouble with your computer or networking, then why not get a member of our Qualified support team visit you and give you a helping hand. We daily help out users with virus problems, ad ware issues, printing errors, wireless networking troubles, broadband setup and Internet security. We can provide training for Microsoft Windows applications and show you hints and tips for managing the data stored on your computer.

Business Support or Training

Business support and training for your small/medium/corporate business.
Does your company have it's own support team but is missing some key skills? Is a member of your team going away on holiday or maternity leave and you need a temporary replacement? Maybe you've outsourced your support but are not getting the service you expected? Our business support and training can provide you with personnel onsite, whether it be an hour, day, week or month. Discounted rates available for contracts over three months or for multiple personnel from our team. We also offer training packages to individuals or groups in your company for internal systems and business applications.

Remote Support or Training

Remote support and training or Telephone support contracts.
When you just need to speak to someone on the phone to help solve your I.T. issue we are here to help. We can provide adhoc telephone support or training to existing customers or setup an account and then help out. We have twelve & six month support contracts with call limits for a fixed price which can be purchased in advance. Please contact us for a quote.

We pride ourselves in only offering engineers that have not only the qualifications to meet your needs but the commercial experience as well. Engineers can be available for short or long term contracts. If you just need some advise or help for as little as an hour, we could be the people just for you. Our Hosting servers give us the ability to offer a unique, dedicated server service to our clients. You need a temporary or contracted server hosted off site, we have them.

Project Management – Do you need an experienced project manager to oversee your IT project lifecycles? Communication between your technical staff, management and employee’s can be made easier and those overall delivery timescales need to be monitored.

Adhoc Remote Support – Virtual Private Networks (VPN’s) & Citrix SSL are common use to us and they provide a great way of remotely administering your infrastructure from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
